What You'll Do

Design and Fine-Tune Models

About You

5-7 Years of Experience

Extensive background as an AI/ML Engineer, Researcher, or Data Scientist with a track record of delivering end-to-end machine learning solutions across multiple domains.

Broad Technical Expertise

Proficient in Python, modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow, and cloud platforms. Skilled in both model development and data engineering workflows.

About the Role

What You'll Do

Drive new business in Sweden by identifying target segments, prospecting decision-makers, and owning the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract closure.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor on AI adoption, data strategy, and digital transformation.​
Collaborate with delivery, product, and marketing teams to shape proposals, solution narratives, and go-to-market campaigns tailored to Swedish clients.
Maintain a structured pipeline, forecast revenue accurately, and use data-driven insights to prioritize opportunities and improve win rates.
Represent Shwaira at relevant events and industry forums in the Nordics to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads.

About You

8-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in technology, consulting, or SaaS, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Proven experience selling complex B2B solutions, preferably in AI, data, cloud, or digital transformation, to enterprise or upper mid-market clients.
Strong understanding of the Swedish market and business culture, with the ability to navigate consensus-driven decision processes and build trust-based relationships.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, comfortable leading discovery workshops, value-based conversations, and executive presentations in English; Swedish language skills are a strong plus.
Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-growing organization, shaping processes and offerings while working cross-functionally.​
Structured, analytical, and proficient with CRM tools and modern sales productivity platforms to manage activities and report performance.

Design and implement Gen AI use cases such as copilots, chatbots, content generation, summarization, and workflow automation
Work with LLMs and multimodal models (hosted or open source), including prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and fine-tuning where needed.
